From Spelling to Speed: The Categories That Keep You Thinking

Think. Think.TM serves up seven brainy categories that challenge your spelling, decoding skills and quick thinking. From homophones and confusing word pairs to clichés, French and Latin phrases, each round tests your ability to unravel language in clever ways.

Whether you're racing the clock in a Speed Round or spelling tricky words aloud, every card is a fresh twist on how we use—and misuse—words.

How to play.

Shuffle the card deck and place the question cards face down at the centre of the table. Choose a player to start the game. This person becomes the “Card Master”.

The Card Master picks the first card off the top of the pile, reads the question to all players, and turns over the 30-second game timer.

Players write the answer on their dry-erase cards being careful not to let other players see their answer. When the timer is done, time is up, and everyone must reveal their answer to the Card Master.
